Important Information for Families
Please contact the school nurse if your child has new or ongoing health concerns such as allergies, asthma, seizures, diabetes, recent illness or injury, or emotional needs. This helps ensure appropriate care and accommodations during the school day. All information is kept confidential and shared only as needed.
Medication at School:
Parents/guardians must meet with the nurse to start or renew medication plans.
New medication orders are required each school year, and all medications must be delivered directly by an adult.
